SHIPPING POLICY

 All standard orders over $55.00 order value are shipped free within Australia. We ship orders out the same day if ordered before 2pm ACST.  Standard orders are shipped with Australia Post. Express orders will ship with Australia Post Express and are charged to the customer. All orders placed must have the correct delivery details. If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, your order will be returned to sender, a return to sender fee will be charged to your account. All standard and express orders have the option for the order to sign for on delivery or authority to leave without a signature. If a customer selects authority to leave without a signature, the customer will be liable if the item is stolen or left in an unsafe place. Bonny Smile will not be liable for stolen or lost items if the customer has requested an authority to leave. 

International orders - All international orders are subject to shipping charges, import duties and taxes and are to be paid by the customer.

Australia Post are seeing a huge increase in volume as more people are shopping online which, along with their own efforts to maintain a safe workplace for their team, is impacting their network. Unfortunately, this means your parcel delivery may be delayed, but rest assured they are doing everything they can to minimise delays.
